TechniMetal Ltd (TML) was started in 2001 by an American and Asian partnership.

The principal business model for the company was to operate as an American style job shop where high mix, low volume parts would be made from many different materials at tight tolerances. With this model agreed upon, the company was formed and two CNC machines were purchased. TechniMetal was Certified ISO9001 by TUV in 2008. After this approval and increased medical component demand, TML pursued and received ISO13485 certification in January of 2013.
